SpinSlots ("we", "us") is operated via spinslotscompany.uk. We designed SpinSlots to be privacy‑friendly. This policy explains what we do — and mostly don't — with your information.

The short version

What we store, and where

SpinSlots stores your content — your wheels, slots, timers, completion history and preferences — in your browser's local storage (or, in the iOS app, on your device). This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

In the iOS app, a small summary (such as slots completed today and your current streak) is stored in the app's private, on‑device App Group so the Home Screen widget can display it. It never leaves your device.

Cookies and analytics

The SpinSlots website and app do not set advertising or tracking cookies and do not use third‑party analytics. Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider may temporarily record technical information (such as IP address and requested page) for security and reliability; these are not used to identify or profile you.

Notifications (iOS app)

Notifications are local only and are scheduled on your device — for example, when a focus timer ends or for an optional reminder. Permission is requested only when needed, never on first launch. We do not send push notifications from a server.

Permissions (iOS app)

SpinSlots requests only notification permission, and only when you start a timer or enable reminders. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, or microphone, and does not request tracking permission.

Data deletion

You can clear your data at any time by clearing your browser's storage for this site, or by deleting the iOS app, which removes all locally stored data.

Children

SpinSlots is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
